The Company has a pipeline of highly differentiated platform technologies spanning peptides, small molecules and monoclonal antibodies for use in cancer. The clinical program includes one Phase II and three Phase I trials in a variety of solid tumor cancers including lung, breast, and brain. Its technologies include Nano-mAbs, Pivalate, AVB6 Integrin, PSA-mAb, and PTPu. Nano-mAbs is a novel radiopharmaceutical platform made using genetic engineered camelid derived single domain antibodies (sdAb) labelled with a radioisotope of therapeutic radiation. Pivalate is an 18F-FPIA radiotracer, based on a short chain carbohydrate which utilizes the early steps of fatty acid oxidation.
