PLS Group Limited is an Australia-based global producer of lithium materials, with a diversified portfolio of assets and strategic partnerships in the battery materials sector. The Company owns 100% of the independent hard-rock lithium operation, the Pilgangoora Operation in Australia, and the Colina Lithium Project in Brazil. The Company is also integrated into the lithium value chain through its joint venture with POSCO in South Korea, which manufactures battery-grade lithium hydroxide. The Company also owns Salinas group of lithium properties, which includes the Baixa Grande lithium resource, located in Minas Gerais, Brazil. The Pilgangoora Operation is its flagship hard rock lithium asset, located approximately 140 kilometers south-east of Port Hedland in Western Australia's Pilbara region, on Nyamal and Kariyarra Country. The Company's Colina Project is an early-stage hard rock lithium mining project located near Salinas in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil.
